Megan Mills, MBA, serves as the Director of People Insights at Danaher Corporation since April 2019, leading Business Partnership, Reporting, and Analytics for a Fortune 150 company with over 60,000 employees. Mills successfully implemented a People Analytics platform, One Model, standardizing reporting and analytics across Human Resources, and built a high-quality People Analytics team within six months. Previously, Mills held the positions of Talent Analytics Lead and Global Sr. HR Analyst at JLL from May 2013 to April 2019, focusing on analytical reporting and the development of tools to support business decisions. Early career experience includes roles in Human Resources at ATI Physical Therapy and as Specialist II at DeVry Inc. Education includes a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Keller Graduate School of Management.
