Michael Perillo

Michael Perillo serves as Vice President of Human Resources & Global Talent Acquisition for Pall Corporation, a Danaher OpCo, since December 2011, where responsibilities include strategic human resources support for various global functions and leadership in talent acquisition. Prior experience includes significant roles at Merck from 1997 to December 2011, overseeing human resource strategies for the Global Finance Division and leading HR teams across multiple divisions and sites. Prior HR leadership roles were held at Ernst & Young LLC and ExxonMobil, focusing on employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development. Michael holds a Master's degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Seton Hall University.
