Satya Prasad Udandravu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial leadership across various multinational corporations. Currently serving as Finance Director and Board Member at Cytiva India since January 2022, Satya directs all financial matters, leveraging Danaher Business Systems to enhance local processes. Previous roles include Finance Controller and Board Member at Pall India under Stanley Black & Decker, and Senior Finance Controller for Enerpac Tool Group, where responsibilities spanned financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance for multiple legal entities in India and other regions. Satya began the career at Caterpillar as a Staff Accountant and trained at K S Aiyar & Co.
