Tobi Bodenmann

Tobi Bodenmann is a seasoned professional in human resources and employee relations, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Labor and Employee Relations for the Water Quality and Product Quality Innovation Segments at Veralto since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tobi was the Sr. Director of Human Resources at DH Diagnostics LLC, where responsibilities included overseeing HR functions. Tobi's experience spans several leadership positions, including Sr. HR Manager for the Global Microbiology Business Unit at Beckman Coulter, Inc., and Sr. HR Manager at Siemens Corporation. Notable achievements include leading HR initiatives for major acquisitions and organizational restructuring, as well as implementing employee relations strategies to foster positive workplace environments. Tobi holds a Master's Degree in Management with a focus on Organizational Leadership from National University and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Santa Clara University.
