Waseem Finferanjen

Waseem Finferanjen is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in HR operations and service delivery. Waseem has held key positions at several organizations, including Danaher Corporation as Director and Senior Manager in the HR Shared Services Transformation Office, and at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as Manager of HR Operations. Prior to these roles, Waseem established and led the global HR Service Delivery team at BeautyHealth. Previous experience includes providing strategic HR direction at Panasonic Avionics Corporation and assisting in payroll operations at Panasonic North America. Waseem holds a Master of Business Administration in Management & Leadership from the University of La Verne and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Human Resources from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
