Dimos Anagnostopoulos

Dimos Anagnostopoulos is an accomplished Data Scientist and Engineer with extensive experience in building data pipelines and analytics applications across various industries. Currently at DANAOS Management Consultants S.A., Dimos has developed fuel consumption models and data pipelines incorporating vessel and weather data, along with a broker email parsing pipeline for cargo and vessel offers visualization. Prior experience includes roles at Comcast, where Dimos implemented real-time streaming data pipelines and anomaly detection systems, and participated in model development for the BI department. Dimos also contributed to a fixed effects econometric model for the US Department of Commerce during a tenure at Booz Allen Hamilton. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Econometrics and Quantitative Economics from Tufts University and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Policy with Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science. Additional education was pursued at Harvard University in Computer Science.
