Scott Sanderson serves as Section Chief of Neurosurgery at Danbury and New Milford Hospitals and is a Medical Doctor at Neurosurgical Associates of Southwestern Connecticut since 2005. Sanderson also holds positions as an Attending Physician at both Danbury and Norwalk Hospitals, and as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery at NYU Langone Medical Center. Sanderson's medical education includes a residency and fellowship in Neurological Surgery from NYU Grossman School of Medicine, and an MD from Upstate Medical University. Additionally, Sanderson completed undergraduate studies in Biology with a focus on Neurobiology and Behavior at Cornell University. Professional affiliations include membership in the Connecticut State Medical Society, Fairfield County Medical Society, American Association of Neurological Surgeons, and the Congress of Neurological Surgeons.
