Colleen O'Connor

Colleen O'Connor has extensive experience in the field of human resources spanning over three decades. Colleen began their career in 1991 as a Sr. HR Manager at Kraft General Foods and worked there until 1997. In 2001, they took on the role of HR Consultant at Bristol-Myers Squibb for a short period of time. In 2003, they joined Goodrich ISR Systems as a Director, HR, and also assumed the position of HR Lead at United Technologies Aerospace Systems in the same year. Colleen continued their role as HR Lead at Collins Aerospace from 2018 until 2020 when they transitioned to the position of Director, Human Resources at Danbury Mission Technologies. Throughout their career, Colleen O'Connor has demonstrated their expertise in various HR leadership roles within the aerospace and pharmaceutical industries.

Colleen O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University.
