Tedd Lima

Tedd Lima has a wealth of experience in the business development and program management field. Tedd started their career as a Systems Test Engineer Specialist at Lockheed Martin, where they were responsible for performance and environmental verification testing of satellite systems. Tedd then moved on to Dynamics Corporation of America, Fermont Division, where they worked as a Senior Mechanical Engineer, designing and developing portable power generation systems.

In 1996, Lima joined Hamilton Standard Space Systems International as a Project Engineer, before transitioning to Hamilton Sundstrand as a Manager, General Management. In this role, they had profit/loss responsibility for multiple Electrochemical Engineering System products and led production quality process improvement reviews.

Lima then joined UTC Aerospace Systems, where they held various positions, including Manager, Business Development and Strategic Planning and Senior Manager, Business Development. Tedd was responsible for preparing and implementing competitive strategies, managing large depot program proposals, and establishing strategic licensing agreements. Most recently, Lima joined Danbury Mission Technologies as the Associate Director of Business Development and Program Management. In this role, they oversee the implementation of competitive strategies and manages strategic program initiatives.

Tedd Lima holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, obtained between 2015 and 2018. Tedd also holds a Master's degree in Systems Architecture and Engineering from the University of Southern California, which they completed between 2007 and 2009. In addition, they have a Master's degree in Engineering Management/Engineering Mechanics from Santa Clara University, completed from 1990 to 1992. Tedd'sundergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Santa Clara University, which they obtained between 1978 and 1982. Tedd is also a Licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer, certified by the State of California Department of Consumer Affairs in 1988.
