Hero Doucas

Hero Doucas is the Human Resources Manager at Dance Theatre of Harlem. Prior to their current position, they served as the Managing Director at 651 ARTS, co-directing fundraising activities and developing new strategies to advance institutional priorities. Hero also served as a Vilar Fellow at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts and as an Artist Representative/Managing Producer at Dayton Contemporary Dance Company.

Hero Doucas has a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law and a BA in Theirtory from Oberlin College.
