Rick Hoffman

Rick Hoffman has extensive experience in product management and sourcing, with a notable career spanning nearly four decades at NCH Corporation and its affiliated entities. As Senior Director of Product Management at Danco, Inc. since September 2020, Rick oversees product strategies and development. Prior to this role, Rick served as Director of Sourcing for NCH from December 2003 to October 2022, where responsibilities included managing cost of goods sold, negotiating prices with suppliers, and sourcing products from Asia to enhance profitability and sales growth. Rick began at NCH in 1983 as a Marketing Manager, focusing on product line management and promotional development. Rick holds a BA in Business with a concentration in Marketing from Penn State University.
