Andy Fysh is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a robust background in the housebuilding sector. Currently serving as the Housebuilding Procurement Director at Dandara since May 2021, Andy is responsible for developing a sustainable supply chain to support the company's growth. As the Head of Group Procurement at Vistry Group since January 2020, following the merger of Galliford Try Partnership and Linden Homes with Bovis Homes, Andy oversees procurement for 10,000 annual plots and focuses on enhancing commercial outcomes and mitigating supply chain risks. Previously, Andy held key roles at Galliford Try as Group Procurement Supply Chain Manager for Housing and at Linden Homes Midlands as Purchasing Manager, alongside a tenure as Chief Buyer at Persimmon Homes.
