Euan Holmes

Euan Holmes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in property management, currently serving as General Manager at Dandara Living since April 2025. In this role, Euan oversees operations at Botanica, a 363-unit Build to Rent development in Manchester, focusing on site management, resident satisfaction, and commercial performance. Prior to this, Euan was a Community Manager at Cortland for nearly a year, and held various positions, including General Manager and Assistant General Manager, at urbanbubble from June 2020 to June 2024. Euan began a career in retail as a Retail Supervisor at Nespresso UK in late 2019. Education was completed at Holy Cross College UK and Lords Independent School between 2011 and 2017.
