Emmi Jacobsen

Emmi Jacobsen is an experienced professional in the food industry, currently serving as a Production Operator at Dandelion Chocolate since December 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Quality Assurance Technician at Glanbia Nutritionals from August 2021 to December 2022, where responsibilities involved managing vendor and customer communications to ensure accuracy. Emmi also gained valuable experience at California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, working as a Student Assistant in various capacities related to pilot plant sanitation and Cal Poly Chocolates from January 2019 to June 2021.
