Kayla Locascio is an experienced manager currently serving as the Manager of Chocolate Experiences at Dandelion Chocolate since November 2019, where responsibilities include crafting immersive chocolate experiences, designing class curricula, and co-directing the annual Craft Chocolate Experience. Previous roles include Guest Experience Manager at Dandelion Chocolate, Manager at Madhouse Coffee Shop, Personal Consultant for the Las Vegas Film Festival, and various administrative positions across organizations such as SOLV HR, Las Vegas Philharmonic, and Las Vegas Fashion Council. Kayla holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Leadership with a focus on Project Management from Arizona State University, earned between 2017 and 2021.
