Shauna McCaig

Shauna McCaig currently serves as the Senior Manager of the Global Adoption Team within the Customer Success department at D2L since October 2022, having previously held the position of Senior Customer Success Manager. Before joining D2L, Shauna worked at PowerSchool from November 2020 to October 2022 as a Senior Education Impact Consultant and Education Business Consultant. Shauna's earlier experience includes roles at Florida Virtual School, where Shauna managed Enrollment and Assessment, and at Palm Beach County School District, serving as Assistant Principal and Learning Team Facilitation Specialist, among others. Shauna holds a Master of Science in Educational Leadership from American College of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Florida Atlantic University.
