Dylan Desantis

Dylan DeSantis is a Senior Staff Computer Vision and Machine Learning Engineer at Dandy, with a robust background in artificial intelligence and robotics, having previously held multiple positions at Path Robotics from June 2019 to April 2024. At Path Robotics, Dylan developed intelligent algorithms for real-time robotic processes. Prior experience includes roles as a Principal Engineering Consultant at SitSmart, Graduate Teaching Associate, Graduate Research Assistant, and Undergraduate Research Assistant at The Ohio State University, where Dylan contributed to mechanical design, robotics research, and smart product development. Dylan's technical expertise is further highlighted by internships at The Aerospace Corporation, Tesla Motors, Ford Motor Company, and the Institute of Aviation. Dylan holds a Doctor of Philosophy, Master of Science, and Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University.
