Jeremy Harper

Jeremy Harper currently serves as the Design Operations Strategy and Systems leader at Dandy, overseeing strategy, planning, and product operations for a design workforce exceeding 300 members since June 2022. Prior to this role, Jeremy held multiple positions at Via, including Head of Customer Success Strategy and Strategy and Analytics Manager, where analytical methods were applied to enhance micro-mobility solutions and manage key relationships. Earlier experience as a Competitive Intelligence Analyst at Wayfair involved collaborating with cross-functional teams to leverage data for product development and competitive insights. Jeremy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Science from Cornell University and graduated from Wayland High School.
