Bobbi Hecker has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager at Dane Street since October 2014, where responsibilities include overseeing Customer Service and Quality Assurance operations. Prior to this role, Bobbi held positions as a Quality Assurance Supervisor at PAE Design and Facility Management from 2013 to 2014 and as a Message Center Operator at Humana from 2000 to 2010.
