In 2016, they became the President of Sigma Beta Rho Fraternity, Inc., managing weekly activities and coordinating events. Shah also worked as a Peer Leader at Florida State University, engaging with patrons and conducting research on study habits. In 2018, Shah joined HCA Healthcare as a Clinical Pharmacy Technician, leveraging electronic health record software and optimizing medication orders. Their most recent position is at Dane Street, where they have held multiple roles since 2019. Currently, Shah serves as the Director of IT and Infrastructure, overseeing the organization's technology operations.
