Douglas Vieira

Douglas Vieira is an experienced quality engineer currently working at Danfoss since July 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing quality assurance for suppliers, managing the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process, and supporting quality activities in the Mexico plant. With a strong background at Toyota Boshoku do Brasil, spanning from August 2011 to December 2020, Douglas collaborated on the establishment of the company's first factory in Brazil, implemented ISO/TS 16949 standards, and conducted extensive audits on automotive components. Prior roles include positions at SEW Eurodrive, Grupo Yamaha Brasil, and TRW, where Douglas gained expertise in supplier management and quality systems. Douglas holds a Technologist degree in Production Processes from the University of São Paulo, a Mechanical Production Engineering degree from Centro Universitário FMU, and a Technical Diploma in Electronics from ETE Lauro Gomes.
