Fernanda Salinas

Fernanda Salinas is a Lead Engineer in Customer Solution Software for Data Centers at Danfoss since October 2025. Previously, Salinas held various engineering roles at Baltimore Aircoil Company, including Controls Product Engineer, where responsibilities included developing control strategies for a stacked adiabatic cooler project and contributing to the deployment of innovative cooling solutions for major data centers. Additional experience includes roles as Controls Design Engineer, Software Engineer, and participation in the Swiderski Mentorship Program at Amsted Industries. Earlier positions involved developing automation strategies at Redrock Power Systems and engineering for robotics at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology. Salinas earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechatronics Engineering from Universidad de las Américas Puebla and completed a Leadership Training Program at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
