Joshua Fritzsche

Joshua Fritzsche, MBA, SHRM-CP, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Danfoss since August 2021, following a tenure at Eaton where roles included Human Resources Generalist and Production Supervisor from July 2015 to August 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Production Supervisor at Cargill from March 2002 to June 2015, where responsibilities encompassed safety training, compliance monitoring, and improving employee engagement. Joshua holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a BS in Industrial Technology from Iowa State University, along with an AA in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Iowa Lakes Community College.
