Jaime Guzior

Jaime Guzior is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently employed as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at Grand Valley State University, Jaime manages HR-related issues for over 1,300 faculty, staff, and retirees, providing guidance on recruitment, benefits, payroll, and employee relations. Previous experiences include serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Common Sail Investment Group, where responsibilities included supporting over 30 senior living communities, and holding multiple leadership positions at Carrabba's Italian Grill and Olive Garden, where operational management and staff development were key focuses. Jaime’s foundational experience in store management at Speedway LLC further demonstrates strong leadership and operational skills. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) at Northwood University, Jaime also holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from the same institution.
