Maria del Mar Molina Mesa

Maria del Mar Molina Mesa is an experienced HR leader currently serving as the HR Director for Talent Development and Inclusion at Danfoss Climate Solutions since November 2022. Previously, Maria held various leadership roles at Radiometer from September 2017 to November 2022, including Director of HR for the Americas, APAC, and MENA, and Global Talent and D&I Director. Throughout the career, Maria has successfully developed and implemented strategic HR initiatives across multiple regions, enhancing employee engagement and retention. Maria's background includes a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Purdue University and extensive experience in training, recruitment, and development within large organizations, including ChemTreat, MetLife, and COLSUBSIDIO.
