Maria del Mar Molina Mesa

Maria del Mar Molina Mesa is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for Talent Development and Inclusion at Danfoss Climate Solutions since November 2022. Prior to this role, Maria held several significant positions at Radiometer, including Director of HR for the Americas, APAC, and MENA regions, where leadership of a 16-member HR team led to improved employee engagement and retention. Maria also contributed as Global Talent and D&I Director, overseeing talent management strategies and diversity initiatives to foster a healthy and diverse workforce. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Purdue University Daniels School of Business.
