Michelle Svedberg Polfer

Michelle Svedberg Polfer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in solution consulting and customer service roles within the technology and food service industries. Currently serving as a Senior Solution Consultant at Fluido since November 2021, Michelle previously held the position of Salesforce Systems Analyst at JBT Corporation from September 2019 to November 2021. Michelle's tenure at JBT FoodTech from August 2005 to September 2019 included multiple roles, such as System Specialist and Service Support Manager. Michelle was instrumental in supporting and developing JBT's CRM system, Siebel Oracle, and collaborated on the implementation of a mobile inspection application for the EMEA service organization. Early career experience includes working as an Art Buyer at McCann Erickson.
