Spela Mlakar Lavrič

Spela Mlakar Lavrič is an experienced leader in digital solutions and user experience, currently serving as the Director and Head of IT Digital Solutions at Danfoss since May 2022. Spela supervises a global team focused on enhancing customer-facing applications and ensuring a seamless user experience. Prior experience includes over 15 years at Studio Moderna, where roles encompassed Head of UX, Development and Personalization, as well as Head of Internet Business Development and Support, managing extensive teams and implementing eCommerce platforms across numerous markets in Central and Eastern Europe. Spela's career began in project management and public relations, with a foundational degree in organizational science from Univerza v Mariboru.
