Zeynep Çalışkan

Zeynep Çalışkan is a seasoned professional in Human Resources with a strong background in organizational development and performance management. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager & People Partner at Danfoss since June 2018, Zeynep has expertise in diversity and inclusion, staffing, employee engagement, and talent acquisition across the MENA region. Zeynep has led significant projects including ERP Project Integration and SAP SuccessFactors Implementation while being an integral part of the Country Leadership Team. Prior to Danfoss, Zeynep worked at CHEP as a Human Resources Coordinator and Corporate Communications Team Leader. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Management Information Systems and Engineering from Marmara University and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Kocaeli University, complemented by studies at Yale University.
