Troy Lucas

Troy Lucas has a strong background in real estate development and project management. Troy most recently served as Vice President at Daniel Communities since August 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Crescent Communities, LLC for a significant period of time, starting in 1999. During their time at Crescent Communities, they held various roles including Vice President - Planning & Design from 1999 to 2018, Project Manager from 2003 to 2007, and Assistant Project Manager from 1999 to 2003.

Troy Lucas holds a Master of City and Regional Planning degree in Land Planning/Environmental Design from Clemson University, which they obtained from 1997 to 1999. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1996, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Forest Management at North Carolina State University.
