The Property Management team at Daniel Corporation is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and tenant relations of the company's diverse portfolio of real estate assets. Led by the Director of Multifamily Operations, the team ensures properties are running efficiently and meeting financial and operational targets. The Tenant Services Coordinator focuses on tenant satisfaction and resolving issues, while the Vice President of Property Services oversees strategic planning for property management. The Building Engineer handles technical maintenance and ensures all facilities are safe and up to code.
