Chris Hill is an experienced hospitality professional, currently serving as Operations Director at Daniel Thwaites since April 2017. Prior to this role, Chris held various positions at Shire Hotels from June 1998 to July 2015, including Regional General Manager with responsibility for multiple hotel properties and corporate support roles in sales, marketing, spa, and catering operations. Chris began a career in the industry at Moat House Hotels from May 1992 to September 1998, where the position was Food and Beverage Manager at Nottingham Moat House Hotel. Education was completed at Colquitt Street Catering College from 1986 to 1988.
