Andrea MacEri

Andrea Maceri serves as the Director of Legal Affairs at Danieli Group since July 2014, where responsibilities include drafting and negotiating various agreements and supporting project management teams in legal strategies, risk identification, and contract management. Prior experience at Danieli includes roles as Legal Counsel and Contract Manager, focusing on bid preparation, contract negotiation, and compliance management. Andrea's earlier experience at Health Robotics S.R.L involved drafting contracts, managing litigation, and providing legal opinions. Initial legal training occurred at Studio legale avv. Alessandra Lovero as a trainee. Andrea holds a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, an education in U.S. Law from George Washington University Law School, and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Università degli Studi di Trieste, along with a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution.
