Julia Shao Collins

Julia Shao Collins currently serves as Chief of Staff at Danielle Frankel since September 2025. Previously, an extensive career at Condé Nast spanned from May 2022 to September 2025, where Julia held titles including Director of Business Development and Senior Manager of Strategy & Business Development, along with a role as Senior Manager of Strategic Planning within Condé Nast Entertainment. Julia began a career at Accenture as a Business Strategy Consultant from September 2019 to May 2022, progressing from Strategy Analyst to Strategy Senior Analyst. An early career experience included an internship at MM.LaFleur in July 2015. Julia is an alumna of Duke University and The Spence School.
