Robert Grady

Robert Grady is a Special Advisor at the Daniels Fund. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Gryphon Investors, heading the Industrial Growth Group. Robert has also served on the Board of Directors for Stifel Financial Corp., Maxim Integrated Products, eScreen, and Viator.

Grady has over 20 years of experience in private equity and investments. Robert began their career at Cheyenne Capital Fund, where they were a Managing Director. Robert then went on to Jackson Hole Mountain Resort before joining Gryphon Investors in February 2015.

At Gryphon, Grady was responsible for developing the strategy and recruiting the team to launch the firm's Software Group. Robert also oversaw and expanded the Business Development Group. Robert remained with Gryphon until January 2021, when they joined Daniels Fund as a Special Advisor.

Robert Grady has a MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an AB, cum laude, in Theirtory from Harvard University.
