Pia Lykke Mathiasen

Pia Lykke Mathiasen is an accomplished attorney-at-law with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investments, venture capital, and corporate commercial law. Currently serving as Owner/Partner at DLA Piper Denmark since March 2025, Pia has previously held a similar role at Lundgrens until February 2025, where duties included serving as Director and Attorney-at-Law. As a Board Member and Member of Danish Business Angels (DanBAN) since October 2019, Pia also engaged in various capacities at Angella Invest and volunteered as an instructor at Niels Brock from 2019 to 2023. Earlier career roles included positions at DELACOUR Advokatfirma and teaching at The Danish Police Academy. Pia holds a Master’s degree in law from the University of Copenhagen and a Bachelor’s degree from Aarhus University.
