Erik Kjær Møller

Erik Kjær Møller currently serves as the Senior Manager of Business Development and Support at Danish Crown Beef, a leading beef company in Denmark and one of Europe’s largest cattle abattoirs. In this role, Erik reports to the CFO and provides strategic advice to the Executive Management Team, overseeing the execution of business strategies and leading strategic projects. Prior experience includes positions as a Business Developer at DAT-Schaub A/S, where Erik managed projects in warehouse optimization and e-commerce app development, as well as various roles within the Danish Crown family focusing on LEAN methodologies, trading, and sales. Erik holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Bioentrepreneurship from Copenhagen Business School, complemented by additional studies in biotechnology and various educational experiences in hunting and sales.
