Jacob Æ.

Jacob Æ. has extensive experience in the food industry, starting as a PA and Business Development Manager at Tulip Food Company in 1993. Jacob later held roles as a Product Manager in Germany and Marketing Manager in the UK at Tulip ltd. Subsequently, they worked at Arla Foods as an Innovation Manager, Marketing Development Manager, and Business Development Manager. Jacob then joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark as the Chief Consultant/Business Unit Manager for China. Currently, they are at Danish Crown, where they served as Business Development Director, Commercial Director in Germany, and now holds the position of Senior Director Marketing Innovation, overseeing sustainability and commercial excellence activities for the company.

Jacob Æ. completed their high school education at North Cliff High School in Johannesburg in 1983. Jacob then pursued a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Method at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark from 1988 to 1991. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science in International Marketing & Management from Aarhus University from 1991 to 1993. In parallel, they also earned an MBA in International Business & Marketing from San Francisco State University, Lam Family College of Business from 1991 to 1992.
