Mathias Mikkelsen

Mathias Mikkelsen is currently the Vice President of Sales and Price Optimization at Danish Crown, a position held since January 2022, responsible for sales in France, Portugal, Spain, and Eastern Europe, as well as overseeing a deboning plant in France and managing a team of 160 people with a DKK 10 billion turnover. Prior to this role, Mathias served as Senior Sales Director, focusing on the fresh and frozen pork meat industrial segment, and previously held various positions at Danish Crown, including Manager and Business Analyst. Mathias has also worked as Country Manager for Skare Meat Packers K/S, leading sales in France and other international markets. Educationally, Mathias holds a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Copenhagen Business School, with additional studies in sales and business from various institutions.
