Nina Boel

Nina Boel is a Medical Officer at the Danish Health Authority and Chief Advisor at Healthcare DENMARK, actively engaged in both roles since May 2022. Boel also serves as a Board Member for Amnesty International and the Danish Refugee Council, with a longstanding involvement in humanitarian initiatives dating back to April 2011. Previous experience includes positions as a Medical Doctor in emergency medicine and anesthesia at Holbæk Sygehus and Rigshospitalet, a Health Counselor at the Embassy of Denmark in Korea, and various roles in the medical field starting in 2017. Boel holds a Doctor of Medicine and a Bachelor of Political Science from the University of Copenhagen, along with a Global Board Leadership Masterclass from CBS Executive Fonden. Additional education includes studies at prestigious institutions such as Harvard University, Oxford University, and the London School of Economics.
