Rasmus Grue Christensen has held multiple roles in various organizations throughout their career. Rasmus began as a Human Rights Fellow at the United States Congress in 2001. Following this, they worked as an Assistant Director at Humanity in Action from 2002 to 2003. Rasmus then joined the Royal Danish Representative Office in Ramallah, where they served as the Head of Section and later as the Deputy Head of Mission from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, Rasmus became the Executive Director of the Danish Red Cross Youth and held this position until 2012. Rasmus then transitioned to the role of Secretary General at the Social-Liberal Party of Denmark, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2020, they worked at Mandag Morgen, first as a Managing Director and later as an External Senior Advisor. In 2017, Rasmus became the CEO of the Danish Association of the Blind, and in 2019, they took on the role of CEO at DIGNITY - Danish Institute Against Torture.
Rasmus Grue Christensen began their education at Birkerød Gymnasium from 1994 to 1997. Rasmus then pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Philosophy at Copenhagen Business School from 1998 to 2001. Following this, they obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in the same field at Copenhagen Business School from 2001 to 2004. Additionally, from 2003 to 2004, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to earn a Master of Science (MS) degree in International Relations.
