Jens Bredager

Jens Bredager is an experienced professional with a diverse background in social services and human resource development. Currently serving as a Førstehjælpsinstruktør at Røde Kors since May 2022, Jens also holds a position as a Beskæftigelsesfaglig konsulent at JobCare A/S since June 2019. Previous roles include Kundechef at Hans Knudsen Instituttet, and chefkonsulent positions at both mploy A/S and KPMG. Jens's career began at Lyngby-Taarbæk Kommune as Arbejdsmarkedschef, followed by a role as Kontorchef at Herlev Kommune. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development and a BA in Voksenuddannelse og Organisationsudvikling from Roskilde University, as well as a Socialrådgiveruddannelse from Den Sociale Højskole.
