Lotte Zangenberg

Lotte Zangenberg is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and leadership roles. Currently serving as Sektionsleder (konstitueret) HR and Chefkonsulent focused on Samfundsansvar - CSR at HOFOR since October 2022, Lotte also holds the position of Aktivitetsleder at Røde Kors since April 2021. Prior to these roles, Lotte was an iværksætter at Zangenberg Connect and has held various leadership positions at Alm. Brand from 2004 to 2020, including HR-chef, Udvikling and Lean- og Kvalitetschef. Lotte's educational background includes certifications as a Futurist, Mindfulnessinstruktør MBSR, and in change management, complemented by numerous professional development courses.
