Marie-Louise Gotholdt has extensive experience with the Danish Red Cross, beginning as an advisor in organizational development and sustainability and progressing to the role of National chef and director. In this capacity, Marie-Louise has successfully merged three departments into a single national division, overseeing a workforce of approximately 150 and a leadership team of seven. Other significant roles include leading the strategy and policy department, serving as an EU advisor, and managing the development of initiatives for refugees in Denmark. In addition to a strong background in consultancy with Niels Boesen Consult a/s and Nordic Consulting Group, Marie-Louise holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Development Economics from Copenhagen Business School, supplemented by studies at Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Lyon.
