Mette Busch Maigaard de Thurah

Mette Busch Maigaard de Thurah currently serves as Aktivitetsleder and Instruktør at Røde Kors since October 2023. With extensive experience at Siemens Gamesa since March 2017, Mette holds the roles of Leder for education, managing all apprentices at Plant Aalborg, and Manager of the training department, alongside responsibilities as Training Coordinator focusing on educational programs for both Blue Collar and White Collar employees. Mette has additional experience as an Instruktør with Forsvaret and operates as a self-employed Førstehjælpsinstruktør. Involved in various leadership roles including Chairperson for the LUU for the Kompositoperatøruddannelsen with DI - Dansk Industri, Mette has also contributed to VEU Center Nord and University College Nordjylland in several project and communication positions. Mette's academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Communication from Aalborg University and several diplomas in human resources, coaching, and leadership.
