Mikkel Wraae Hansen

Mikkel Wraae Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. In 2013, they worked as a Student Assistant at the Danish Agency for Digitisation. From 2008 to 2010, they served as a Pædagogmedhjælper (Pedagogical Assistant) at Bangsbo Børnehave and Askovgaardens Børnehus.

In 2014, Hansen joined the Danish Red Cross, where they held several positions. Mikkel started as a Studentermedhjælper (Student Helper) and later became a Junior Consultant. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a Marketing Automation Consultant and was responsible for developing and operating the organization's marketing automation strategy. Hansen utilized tools such as Agillic, Microsoft SQL Server, and Ruby On Rails development.

In 2019, Hansen joined LIFTED as a Marketing Automation Consultant for a brief period. Mikkel then returned to the Danish Red Cross in 2019 as a Marketing Automation Specialist, focusing on email, SMS, and automated flows. In 2020, they became the Interim Head of Private Donors, and in 2021, they were promoted to the role of Head of Growth. Overall, Hansen has extensive experience in marketing automation, donor management, and team leadership within the nonprofit sector.

Mikkel Wraae Hansen has a diverse education history. In 2020, they completed a 6-week Growth Marketing Immersive program at Growth Tribe. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2019, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration and Information Systems (e-business) from Copenhagen Business School.

In 2014, Mikkel Wraae Hansen attended Copenhagen Business Academy, where they obtained multiple certifications. These include a 5 ECTS in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology, a 15 ECTS in IT Architecture, and a 30 ECTS in Computer Software Engineering. Before their time at the business academy, Mikkel Wraae Hansen earned a BSc in Business Administration and Commercial Law from Copenhagen Business School, from 2010 to 2014.

Earlier in their educational journey, from 2005 to 2008, Mikkel Wraae Hansen attended Struer Gymnasium, specializing in a Samfundsvidenskabelig studieretning. Their education started at Resen Skole, where they studied from 1994 to 2002.

Additionally, Mikkel Wraae Hansen obtained a certification called "Copy and paste 6-Week Growth Marketing Immersive - Live & Interactive" from Growth Tribe in September 2020.
