Randi Sveistrup

Randi Sveistrup currently serves as Afdelingschef for HR og Service at Røde Kors since April 2023. Prior to this role, Randi Sveistrup held significant leadership positions, including Centerchef for Kultur, Erhverv, Politik og Organisation at Helsingør Kommune from August 2014 to 2023, and Centerchef Politik og Personale at Guldborgsund Kommune from August 2013 to July 2014. Randi Sveistrup also worked at Gribskov Kommune from January 2007 to July 2013 as Centerchef for Særlig Social Indsats og Pleje / Virksomhedsdrift and as Leder af organisationsudvikling samt offentlige og private partnerskaber. Additional experience includes a role as Konsulent at Helsinge Kommune from May 2005 to December 2006 and Chef for organisations- og administrationsafdelingen at DUF–Dansk Ungdoms Fællesråd from August 1999 to April 2005. Randi Sveistrup holds a Kandidatgrad in Offentlig administration from Roskilde University.
