Rima K. is an experienced health program manager with a strong background in health consultancy and project management within humanitarian contexts. Currently serving as Health Programme Manager at the Danish Red Cross since June 2022, Rima has previously held roles including Health Consultant at Malteser International and Fertile Crescent For Humanitarian Response, and Health Coordinator at Relief International. Rima's extensive experience spans various organizations, including Handicap International and Médecins Sans Frontières, with diverse responsibilities such as situation analysis, capacity building, and technical support. Rima holds a Master’s degree in Health Care Administration from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Additionally, Rima obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Physical Therapy from Jordan University of Science and Technology.
