Vasant Kotak

Vasant Kotak is a seasoned professional in project management and development consulting, currently serving as Udviklingskonsulent at the Danish Red Cross since March 2021. Previously, Vasant held the role of Project Manager at the Danish Canoe Association from January 2017 to April 2020, successfully leading the initiative "Bevæg dig for livet – Kano og Kajak," which focused on increasing participation in canoeing among Danes. Additional experience includes positions as Project Officer at POC ApS, Assistant Programme Manager at International Media Support, and Development Consultant at Det Danske Spejderkorps, where Vasant managed various projects, developed methodologies, and organized large-scale events. Vasant's academic background includes a Postgraduate Certificate in Systemic Leadership and Organisation Studies from the University of Bedfordshire, a Master's in African Studies, and a Bachelor's in Political Science, all from institutions in Denmark.
