Corey Siegel has a diverse work experience in the IT field, starting in 2008 at Canton Computers as a service technician and later being promoted to Assistant Manager. They then joined Secure-24 in 2014 as an Enterprise Technical Support Representative, where they managed end-user requests, performed troubleshooting, and supported process improvement. In 2015, they joined Danlaw, Inc. as an IT Technical Support Analyst and were later promoted to IT Engineer. In this role, Corey led a team that provided technical support to approximately 400 employees and worked collaboratively with different departments to ensure project success and continuous process improvement. They were also recognized for their work in transforming the enterprise wireless infrastructure, resulting in significant cost savings.
Corey Siegel obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Assurance from Eastern Michigan University in 2012. Before that, Siegel attended Oakland Community College where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies in 2009. Along with their academic degrees, Siegel also obtained several certifications from CompTIA. They acquired CompTIA A+ certification in March 2007, CompTIA Network+ certification in January 2015, and CompTIA Security+ certification in July 2015.
