Scott Bolt

Scott Bolt has extensive work experience in various engineering and management roles. Scott currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) at Danlaw, Inc. since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Noregon Systems from 2019 to 2022, serving as Vice President of Product Management and Director of Product Management. Before joining Noregon Systems, Scott spent over two decades at MAHLE, where they held the positions of Chief Engineer and Product Development Manager from 1998 to 2019. At MAHLE, they achieved significant accomplishments such as doubling the department's long-term revenue, increasing annual recurring revenue by 15%, and establishing successful business relationships with Ford manufacturing. Scott began their career at Ford Motor Company as a Senior Engineer from 1993 to 1998, leading the End of Line Testing team for F-Series pickups and E-Series vans. Scott also developed a comprehensive training program for new engineers. Prior to their time at Ford, Scott served as an Engineering Watch Supervisor in the Naval Nuclear Power Program from 1983 to 1989, where they supervised personnel and handled emergency response on a nuclear submarine. Overall, Scott Bolt has demonstrated their expertise in engineering, product management, and strategic leadership throughout their career.

Scott Bolt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Additionally, they pursued a Minor in Biomedical/Medical Engineering during the same period. Prior to their undergraduate studies, Scott attended the US Naval Nuclear Power School, where they focused on Nuclear, Electrical, and Mechanical Engineering.
